PKF Forenzika Prima d.o.o. is the first Croatian company specialised in forensic examination and supervision of tax and accounting business aspects of state institutions, as well as private companies.

The main activity of our business is forensic audit, i.e. business, tax and accounting forensics. Moreover, we offer a variety of other services such as statutory audits and other assurance services (reviews, project audits etc.), company and assets valuations, court expert services in tax, finance and company valuation, and other business advisory services (e.g. restructuring of accounting and financial sectors, implementation of internal Controls etc).

The Company is led by Diana Antičić who holds the following licenses – certified auditor, certified internal auditor, certified forensic accountant, permanent court expert in finance, tax and company valuation, certified company valuator and certified conciliator.
